The Forged Physical Therapy Difference
We founded Forged Physical Therapy to break the typical physical therapy business model of overworked clinicians and under-attended clients. Just as the standard model of a physical therapist seeing multiple clients yields worse outcomes for patients, it is also a recipe for stress and burnout for the clinicians!
We believe that by focusing on one patient at a time, our patients can see better and faster results while we simultaneously create a healthier and happier environment for our team.
Our Team Members
TAHNEE ELLETT
Clinic Coordinator
Tahnee leads our administrative services division to enhance patient care and to ensure that our clinic operates smoothly and effectively. Originally from Southern California, Tahnee has been a resident of SC for the past 14 years.
In her free time, Tahnee enjoys spending as much time as she can with her family. She especially enjoys thrift shopping with her teenage daughter and spending quality time with her husband. Her favorite thing about Forged Physical Therapy is talking with patients and helping to facilitate their recovery.
DR. OWEN WILLIAMS PT, DPT, CSCS
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Owen is a licensed physical therapist and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He obtained his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of South Carolina. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Case Western Reserve University, where he also played football and rugby. Owen decided to pursue a career in physical therapy after going through sports rehab himself after several injuries. Another factor that led him to the profession was witnessing the positive impact physical therapy has had on his grandparents. He is passionate about providing top quality care and treating his patients like he'd want his family to be treated. When he's not in the clinic Owen serves in the SC Army National Guard and in his spare time he enjoys weightlifting, running, rucking, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Heather became interested in physical therapy after a sports injury, but helping patients with a wide variety of diagnoses move and feel better is what continues to fuel her passion for the profession. She has spent 25 of the last 32 years in the Columbia Metro area and upon returning to South Carolina is excited to join our team to be able to provide one-on-one care and specialized plans for each individual. Outside of the clinic, Heather enjoys spending time with her family - especially her nieces, nephews and godsons – as well as watching/playing soccer, traveling, running and spending time outdoors.
